Gametime Pro Shop Club Program Terms & Conditions

These Program Terms govern participation in the Gametime Pro Shop Club and the Gametime Outlet Private Shopping Experience. By enrolling, accessing the Outlet, or purchasing products through the Outlet, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Gametime Pro Shop Outlet Club Addendum

This Outlet Club Addendum ("Addendum") supplements and incorporates by reference the Gametime Pro Shop Terms of Service.

By accessing the Gametime Pro Shop Outlet, enrolling in the Gametime Outlet Club, or purchasing products through the password-protected Outlet experience, you agree to be bound by this Addendum and the Gametime Pro Shop Terms of Service.

 

Section 1 — Outlet Club Membership

Gametime Outlet Club Membership provides exclusive, password-protected access to the Gametime Outlet Private Shopping Experience. Membership benefits may include limited-edition drops, member-only pricing, early access to select pre-orders, and designated promotions including Family, Friends & Fans Fridays. All benefits are discretionary and subject to change.

 

Section 2 — Private Shopping Experience

Access to the Outlet is granted through weekly rotating passwords distributed directly to authorized members. Product availability, pricing, and pre-order windows are limited and not guaranteed.

 

Section 3 — Credential Use

Access credentials are for personal, non-commercial use only. Credentials may not be publicly posted, resold, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

 

Section 4 — Termination & Misuse

Gametime reserves the right to suspend or revoke Outlet access without refund if a member violates these terms, the main Terms of Service, applicable law, or engages in conduct harmful to the Gametime brand.

 

Section 5 — Disclaimer

Outlet Club Membership benefits are provided “as is” and “as available” and do not guarantee product availability, pricing advantages, or continued access.

 

Section 6 — Governing Terms

All other provisions of the Gametime Pro Shop Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.

Gametime Club Master Membership Agreement

This Master Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the Gametime Club program. By enrolling, the Member agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

ARTICLE I – MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

Gametime Club Membership provides access to exclusive benefits, offers, and experiences made available at Gametime’s discretion.

 

ARTICLE II – MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Benefits may include access to exclusive products, promotions, events, and private shopping opportunities. Benefits are discretionary and subject to change without notice.

 

ARTICLE III – GAMETIME OUTLET — PRIVATE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

As a benefit of Gametime Club Membership, Members may receive access to the Gametime Outlet Private Shopping Experience, a password-protected online storefront available exclusively to authorized Members.

 

1. Access & Availability

Access to the Gametime Outlet is provided through a weekly rotating password distributed directly to Club Members. Access unlocks member-only pricing, limited-time promotional offers, and early access to select product drops available for pre-order, including during Family, Friends & Fans Fridays. All products, pricing, and availability are limited and not guaranteed.

 

2. Membership Benefit Classification

Access to the Gametime Outlet Private Shopping Experience is a discretionary membership benefit and not a contractual entitlement. Gametime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Outlet access at its sole discretion.

 

3. Credential Use & Restrictions

Access credentials are for personal, non-commercial use only. Credentials may not be publicly posted, resold, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

 

4. Termination & Misuse

Gametime reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if a Member shares credentials publicly, exploits access commercially, or engages in conduct harmful to the Gametime brand or in violation of applicable laws.

 

ARTICLE IV – MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

Gametime may modify or terminate the membership program or any benefits at any time.

 

ARTICLE V – GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
